At Oneisall, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
